Meet Dr. Safa Siddiqui

Dr. Safa Siddiqui grew up in Queens, New York. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at Barnard College, a master’s degree in biochemistry/cell biology at Stony Brook University and her dental degree at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She pursued her general practice residency training at North Shore University Hospital at Northwell Health and was chief resident at Northwell Health’s Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Siddiqui loves being involved in clinical practice and academia, and has stayed on as an attending dentist at the Northwell Health NS/LIJ dental residency program. She has a passion for providing comprehensive dental care as a crucial healthcare modality, and has a vision to establish a comfortable dental home for patients by focusing on preventive care, patient education and a personalized approach.

Dr. Siddiqui has a commitment to continuing education, and an interest in health promotion and disease prevention. She is a member of the ADA, the Nassau County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Special Care Dentistry Association. She received her Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring museums, cultural exhibits, bookstores, doing arts/crafts and spending time in nature.
