Payment Options for Your Family Dental Care

For your convenience, we offer affordable dentistry to families in New Hyde Park with these options. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office. CareCredit is also an option with payment plans for 6, 36, 48 and 60 months that meet our minimum balance requirements.

Insurance We Accept

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including most managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO in-network participation. Our billing staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.

The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

If you have any questions about our services from cosmetic dentistry to implant dentistry, give us a call at 516-362-2257

The dental profession has always lead the way in applying universal precautions and infection control procedures to make sure our treatment environments are safe for our patients and for us. Dentists have a long history over the years of mitigating the spread of many forms of infection and have become experts at creating one of the safest healthcare treatment environments for our patients. Our past practices work and we will obviously continue to implement them. In addition to what we’ve always done, we will be adding equipment in our practice to keep our environment safe for you. You will now see different forms of high volume evacuator equipment including external aerosol evacuators while we are treating you. We will also have air filtration devices throughout the office using true hepa and UV-C filters to keep our air clean. We will also look different. Our dentists will be using N95 respirators and face shields during all treatment.

What should our patients expect when they come to our office?

Please wear a mask when you enter our office. When you first arrive, your temperature will be read with a non-contact temperature reader and you will fill out a covid health questionnaire. You will also be asked to rinse with a hydrogen peroxide based mouth rinse before we start any treatment. Our appointment scheduling will be planned to adhere to the NYS social distancing guidelines and occupancy requirements. If you prefer not to come to the office right away, we do have a teledental link available if you wish to be triaged before coming to our office.
